About Stephanie
My work is rooted in both professional clinical training and Christian faith. As a licensed therapist and mental health strategist, I integrate evidence-based psychological principles with faith-informed insights that support emotional wellness, resilience, and healthy leadership.
Biblical principles are used to provide encouragement, perspective and wisdom-not as a substitute for therapy, but as a complement to sound mental health practices. My approach honors ethical standards, respects diverse experiences, and emphasizes personal responsibility, self-awareness and wholeness.
